04. DRAFTING A CEASE AND DESIST NOTICE The document you will be asked to draft in your first month. What goes in, what stays out, and why an overreaching notice invites a groundless threats action under Section 142 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Section 60 of the Copyright Act, 1957.
